We’re not just here to sell PPE. We’re here to solve everyday problems on job sites poor visibility, rough conditions, long shifts and we do it by building gear that performs without compromise.

Amish Vasa
Managing Partner
Mr. Amish Vasa is one of the Managing Partners of our company and has been associated with the organization since its incorporation. with 15 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, he has played a vital role in shaping the company’s growth and operational strength. His strategic mindset and hands-on leadership have been instrumental in driving key business initiatives.
Mr. Vasa leads the company’s strategic expansion plans, identifying new opportunities, strengthening business capabilities, and guiding the organization toward long-term sustainability. He also oversees product innovation, ensuring that the company continually adapts to evolving market needs with improved designs and advanced manufacturing solutions. His role extends to managing the company’s finance and accounting functions, where he ensures strong financial discipline & transparent reporting. His multifaceted leadership continues to contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing success.
Hemang Soni
Managing Partner
Mr. Hemang Soni is one of the Managing Partners of our company and has been associated with the organization since 2021. With 26 years of extensive experience in the Highviz Wear and PPE manufacturing sector, he brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a results-driven approach to the business. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed diverse operational and commercial functions, enabling organizations to strengthen their market presence and achieve sustained growth.
At our company, Mr. Soni plays a key role in overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring that the brand continues to expand its footprint across domestic markets. He is instrumental in driving business development strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for long-term expansion. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence significantly contribute to the company’s overall performance and future direction.

Testing Lab
At Vasa Industries, quality isn’t a checkbox. it’s a built-in process. Our in-house testing lab plays a key role in ensuring that every product meets strict performance, durability, and safety standards before it leaves our facility. From fabric strength and seam integrity to reflective brightness and wash durability, each batch is tested in real working conditions. This hands-on approach gives us full control over quality and allows us to deliver products you can trust, every time.
All testing is conducted by trained technicians using calibrated equipment.
This lab also helps us improve and evolve our products based on field feedback.
